• Nature Reserve and Wildlife Park Goldau.

• Swiss Science Center Technorama.

• Swiss Museum of Transport.

Going on school trips in the low season is worthwhile for many reasons. Here are three of them:

Seats for everyone. Around a quarter of all school trips take place in June. All these large groups mean that trains and buses are full. When you set the date for your school trip in a less popular month, you can select the best connection for your schedule without making compromises, and reserve your seats easily.

Shorter waiting times. Fewer school classes are on trips from October to April. So your class can enjoy more time at your excursion destination. You’ll do less standing around and have a wider selection of timeslots for tours, workshops and viewings.

Calm and safe travel. Can you imagine a school trip that your pupils – and you – remember fondly for years to come? Calm your nerves with a less hectic excursion. When crowds are smaller, it’s easier to keep an eye on things and minimise risky situations.
