The collection at the Kunst Museum Winterthur spans the period from the 17th century to the present day. Over the course of time, important historic collections were brought together under the museum’s roof. Various greats are represented – from Rembrandt to Caspar David Friedrich, from Albert Anker and Ferdinand Hodler to the Impressionists, from Pablo Picasso to Gerhard Richter. The experience is rounded off by the excellent temporary exhibitions.
