How can I get the leisure offer that I have purchased?
For a large number of offers, you have the option of passing through the turnstile directly using your print@home ticket or e-ticket. Simply scan the QR code on the ticket at the turnstile.
If you have a SwissPass, you can load your Ticket directly onto your SwissPass for some offers. To do so, simply enter the S-number during the booking process. If you have loaded the leisure ticket onto the SwissPass card(s), you can make your way directly through the turnstile. Please note that you need your SwissPass card to validate the leisure ticket. Direct access with SwissPass Mobile via the BLS Mobil, ÖV-Plus or SBB Mobile apps is not possible.
Pick-Up on site.
If you do not have a SwissPass, simply select the pick-up option «Pick up skipass on site» during your purchase to pick up your card directly from a card machine or a point of sale on site at the relevant mountain lift or railway. If you want to pick up your card from a machine, either enter your number or scan the QR code on your order confirmation to do so.
Exchange/check at the ticket office.
In some cases, you have to present your print@home ticket or e-ticket at the leisure partner’s ticket office and/or Valley station in order to exchange or verify the ticket.
