Changes to bookings for Day Passes for Schools bought online.
Should there be any changes regarding your travel group, date of travel or the trip itself, please check the correct procedure here.
Before embarking on your journey.
You can change your booking yourself until one day before your journey is due to begin at the latest. Please proceed as follows:
Please note: individual tickets cannot be modified. A full cancellation and rebooking is always required.
After embarking on your journey.
If you would like to make a last-minute change to your booking and you have already started your journey, please proceed as follows:
During the journey, be sure to have the new number of participants and the travel date confirmed. The train crew will issue you with a receipt.
You can claim a refund after the journey by handing in the refund form
together with the receipt you were given by the train crew. Give “double booking” as the reason for the refund.
Once checks have been carried out, the SBB Contact Center will cancel and refund your original Day Pass for Schools booking.
Unable to go on the school trip? You can cancel your booking either before or after the first day of validity of the Day Pass for Schools. Refunds after the start of the ticket’s period of validity are only possible if you can provide evidence that you have not used the ticket. A processing fee of CHF 10 applies.
